4th Annual Official North Star Garage Door Opener, Saturday May 8th, 2010

If you have attended any of the first three, you know what kind of treat you are in for.
 

 There's the fishing opener, deer hunting opener, well by gosh, we car nuts can have our opener too!

There are some pretty nifty garages out there that the members of the North Star Chapter have, and now you have the chance to check them out over the course of a few hours on a Saturday. On Saturday May 8th, we are going to get together and visit a few places. Perhaps you would like some ideas for floors, workbenches and cabinets, or even lifts and storage. Maybe you have extra tires and wheels that you need to store. No telling what you might pick up for ideas.

We will be gathering at First Gear Garage (http://www.firstgeargarage.com), a new "Do-It-Yourself Vehicle Repair Facility" that has just opened in Eden Prarie.  Starting time is 9:00 am.  First Gear Garage is located at 9057 Flying Cloud Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55347.   They are located on the lower level of the Modern Tire building, on the south side. First right on Aztec Drive. Look for the Red and Black building signage.

We then have a couple of garages to visit in Eagan and Golden Vally, a stop at the Motorplex in Chanhassen and finally gathering at the Lion's Tap in Eden Prarie.  

We are asking that you register for this event so we know how many maps we need to get printed up!
